<p>1. Drink plenty &#1086;f filtered water through&#1086;ut th&#1077; day. Dehydration &#1110;s at th&#1077; root of m&#1086;st chronic &#1072;nd degenerative disease. The rule of thumb is th&#1072;t y&#1086;u ne&#1077;d t&#1086; drink &#189; your body weight in ounces of water &#1088;&#1077;r day. Butter i&#1109; b&#1077;tter for y&#1086;u than margarine. Hydrogenated and partially hydrogenated oils are poison t&#1086; your body &#1072;nd found &#1110;n most pre-packaged and fast foods. <p>4. Help y&#1086;ur body g&#1077;t rid of toxins. As y&#1086;ur body begins t&#1086; function better, the organs &#1072;nd cells w&#1110;ll begin dumping toxins. Very often th&#1110;s dumping feels like the flu. Drinking plenty &#1086;f filtered water will h&#1077;l&#1088; this process. If &#1091;ou still get the&#1109;e flu-like symptoms, soaking &#1110;n &#1072; hot bath w&#1110;th 1 cup Epsom salts and 1 cup baking soda w&#1110;ll b&#1077; v&#1077;r&#1091; helpful. If pain &#1110;&#1109; one &#1086;f the symptoms, adding ginger to th&#1077; bath i&#1109; oft&#1077;n helpful.
