Phenomenal! “Old is the New Young” is essentially a step-by-step guide to better aging. What is perhaps the most timely is the financial section, providing specific tips for investing and protecting your nest-egg. But that’s just one facet — there are also sections on improving health mentally, physically and socially.

An enjoyable read, especially the personal stories!
