Wonderful book, I couldn’t put it down. It’s so interesting to read and does not make you feel guilty for the bad foods that you eat, just teaches a better way by giving good examples and ideas, I’ll probably read it over and over!

When I bought this book, I didn’t know what to expect. Would it be about Happy Days, the TV show my whole family and all my friends loved to watch as a teenager growing up in the 70’s? Would I hear from The Fonz? Or would it be about Healthy Living, the new raw food health movement that seems to be taking America by storm today? It turns out it is about both–and The Fonz! The first part of the book is an up close and personal look at the lives and Hollywood careers of the Silvers family, initially through the eyes of a very young Cathy watching her very famous father, Phil Silvers (Sgt Bilko), and then right up to her own successes and adventures with her role as a member of the Happy Days cast. Reading her firsthand account was an exciting and heartwarming trip down memory lane with some of the most memorable film icons that you will be sure to recognize. The next part of the book is dedicated to laying out her personal story of discovery for the need to create a healthier life for herself, her family and the rest of us. Her goal is to see everyone enjoy brilliant health through rich nutrition and toxin free living. She is a woman on a mission and the book reflects the same pert and pugnacious personality that she delivers in her film and TV roles. The final section of the book is composed of segments written by leaders and experts in the raw food movement, medicine, beauty and the green movement. I absolutely recommend this book. It is an entertaining narrative full of great advice and will make an inspirational starting point for anyone looking to make happy and healthy changes in their lives.
