    This is an updated and improved version of his previous book on the same subject. A lot more recipes from this diet. It does not contain any new information on the “what” and the “why” of the Mediterranean Diet, but it has lots of recipes to make the diet more varied and interesting.

    I like to eat a Mediterranean diet anyway, for health reasons… but I ordered this book and I can tell you that the recipes in this book are awesome! They are all Mediterranean recipes with a sort of Miami twist on them which make them a little more hip I suppose for people to try. I have tried many of them and couldn’t be happier that I bought this book! Eat healthy and buy this book, you won’t be sorry! It came on time and it was also in great shape!
