    When it comes to fitness, Ron knows what he’s talking about! I bought his book for my Kindle and it’s been a great resource to have while at the gym and planning my meals. Outstanding You is very practical and I’ve learned a great approach to overall fitness. Balance is important and Ron teaches you how to achieve it. I also love how he doesn’t “sugar coat” it; good fitness takes work! And the best part is he shows you how to do it. If you need to get in better shape and you want a seasoned personal trainer to help you, pick up a copy of this book! I’m glad I did.

    My husband and I have become excited about our New Years resolutions because we know that reading this book has made all the difference between wishing and doing. The practical photos and the details are so encouraging that you can expect to do the exact exercises without fail. We have changed our diet and even the way we look at food. This book is like a bible for beginners because it includes all the aspects that make participating in an exercise and diet plan practical. It is an easy read. Ron talks you through it as each chapter takes you through the importance of good health and how to easily attain it…step by step. This is like having your own personal trainer…..in fact he is your trainer! There are no magic pills to feel good or look good but these easy exercises and the proper ways to eat and become healthier will give you the results your looking for. For years I have read everything I could get my hands on for health and exercise and am really not thrilled to refer any but this one. This is the one you will go to over and over! I wish I had two!!

The book is an easy read and will get anyone willing to get fit sparked up and raring to go. What’s so great about Ron’s approach is that he focuses on overall balanced lifestyle. Believe me, this stuff will add years to your life…
