This is a great book for bringing a believer’s focus back to the Bible when it comes to issues of health. While most of the book covers the issue of diet, there are other topics of discussion worth the price of the book on their own. Some of the data used to make his points is fairly old and I was concerned about it still being valid information. So I would like to see an update if the author would be willing to… But there’s really no arguing with the three Biblical Principles that he presents. It will take a dedicated believer to follow some of his suggestions and recommendations. But the vast majority of these recommendations are fairly easy to incorporate into meal planning, even for this “Help-My-Husband-Was-Raised-on-Processed-Food” wife and mother.
